RETURNS

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Every effort is made to identify the stamps correctly and I do not list stamps that I am not sure about. If I have made an error I will of course give a full refund on return of the mistaken stamp.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. This also applies to mistakes that may have unintentionally been made in the item description.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return, please contact me at rog@thestampbook.co.uk.

Notes

For returns of items the buyer no longer wants, then I do ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to me, please. For items that arrive damaged or are not the right item, then please contact me and I will sort out a return label that I will email to you.
